Join us to celebrate maple syrup season at the top of the mountain! Maple syrup enthusiasts will be delighted. Meet us at the Chalet du Sommet for this inaugural edition and enjoy treats from the region. Whether you’re with family, friends, or a large group, we look forward to welcoming you!

Buffet Menu

Breakfast Buffet: maple-braised ham,  fumoirs Gosselin bacon, simmered baked beans, pancakes, scrambled eggs, herb-roasted potatoes, croissants, chocolate croissants, and fruit salad.

Cheese and Charcuterie Buffet: assortment of cheeses from Maison Riviera and charcuteries from Cochons Tout Ronds.

Dessert Buffet from L’Érablière Bernard: maple bacon donuts, melting cotton candy, and popcorn.

All accompanied by maple syrup.

Ticket includes:

Access to the gondola
Gourmet sugar shack buffet menu with hot and cold dishes
One (1) glass of mimosa
Unlimited coffee, tea, or hot chocolate

Table available for a duration of two hours.

Age 13 and older: $60
Age 12 and under: $30
Under 2: free

 

Important Information

Gondola:

Please arrive 45 minutes in advance at the mountain.

Follow the signs to access the exclusive line for the gondolas. It is located all the way to the right of the queues.

Dress warmly! You will be required to transit via an unheated ski lift among the skiing clientele. You will also need to walk on a snowy surface.

Chalet du sommet:

Tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Present your ticket (paper or electronic version) directly at the Chalet du Sommet.
