Season Pass Cancellation Program / 2023-2024
The Season Pass Cancellation Program allows a 2023-2024 season pass holder who has not used their season pass prior to the season to receive a credit.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Have purchased a 2023-2024 season pass prior to the opening of the Bromont ski season.
- Not have used their pass in any way prior to the opening of the season.
Terms and conditions
- The request must be made at the latest the day before the opening of the season by the pass holder only. An online form will be available.
- The season pass cannot be transferred to another person.
The season pass must not have been used. - The “Bring a Friend” discount or other privileges must not have been used.
- Credit can be claimed on any type of season pass and is based on the price paid by the season pass holder.
- The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund will be issued on a credit card.
- All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.
- An administrative fee of $45 including taxes is applicable to each season pass that is subject to a cancellation request.
- Season pass cancellation is available for fully paid 2023-2024 season pass. A season pass holder who participates in the installment plan may only request cancellation if all payments have been completed at the time of the request.

Ticket credit
Customers may apply the value of a single-day ticket to the purchase of a season pass, subject to certain conditions.
Skiing
To obtain a credit, the season pass purchased must be in the same category as the single-day ticket. E.g., a day skiing ticket cannot be credited toward a 7-Night pass.
If the desired season pass is in a different category from the single-day ticket, a discount will be offered on the price of the single-day ticket and the full price will be charged for the season pass.
The pass must be purchased on the same day the ticket is used.
Water Park and Mountain Activities
To obtain credit, the customer must go to the Customer Service counter on the day of their visit, wearing their wristband. They will be asked to show proof of purchase.
Mountain Biking
To obtain a credit, the customer must go to the Customer Service counter on the day of their visit, with their ticket and proof of purchase.
Credit request - Moving or illness / 2023-2024
A person can request a credit on their season pass if:
- A medical reason prevents him from continuing his season.
- If they moves more than 200km away from Bromont, montagne d’expériences (150 rue Champlain, Bromont (Québec)).
In the case of a medical reason, the season pass holder must provide a dated doctor’s note attesting to his or her inability to practice a snow sport.
In the case of a move, the season pass holder must provide dated proof of out-of-province relocation (e.g., lease, proof of employment transfer).
By completing the form, the applicant agrees to provide the required documentation and accepts all terms and conditions of this credit application program.
Conditions
- All requests must be made by the season pass holder by completing the form and submitting it by April 15, 2024.
- Credit can be requested for any type of paid season pass.
- The amount credited is based on the number of uses and the period; an administration fee of $45 taxes included is applicable on each season pass requested (See table below).
- A medical document or a proof of moving more than 200km from Bromont, montagne d’expériences must be provided. If at the time of purchase, the season pass holder already lives more than 200km away, this reason is not valid.
- The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund will be issued on a credit card.
- All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.
- If a parent, spouse (legal or common law) or child up to the age of 17 of the person entitled to the credit is no longer able to use their season pass, they can also receive the credit according to the rules above. This option is only valid for one additional person. Bromont, montagne d’expériences commits to paying the amount of the season pass in a gift card according to the conditions mentioned above.
- No refund, transfer or credit will be made if the cause is a change in sanitary measures.
- The season pass cannot be transferred to another person.
SEASON PASS CREDIT APPLICATION CHART
Each case is considered individually.
Deadline for application for BME credit for the 2023-2024 season: April 15, 2024.
Acceptance or denial of the application is at the sole discretion of management. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to process the application (at least 15 business days). This time frame applies from the receipt of all required information and/or documents.
The credit is also valid for the reloadable card deposit, if applicable.
If the customer wants to receive the credit in the form of a gift card by mail, mailing fees are applicable. Otherwise, the gift card can be picked up at our Customer Service Department during business hours.
- Less than $600: Bromont, montagne d’expériences gift card
- More than $600: refund to credit card
We reserve the right to modify this program at any time during the season.
Guaranteed conditions
A customer who is not satisfied with the ski conditions may request a ticket of the same value for a future visit during the same season.
Eligibility
- Hold a ski ticket for the day of the request.
- Formulate the request within half an hour of arrival or after a descent by going to Customer Service.
Closings and compensation
Thunderstorms
In the event of a thunderstorm, all activities at the resort will cease for a minimum of 30 minutes after each thunderclap. No compensation measures are offered.
Ski lift stoppage
In the event of momentary stoppage of a chair or gondola lift, users may be offered compensation depending on the length of the service interruption. Teams on site will determine whether compensation is warranted and decide what type should be offered, if applicable.
Complete closure
If imminent full closing of the resort is announced, provision is made for compensation based on the use of the single-day ticket. Users must go to the Customer Service counter to request compensation, if applicable.
Partial closure
In the event of partial closing of the resort, no compensation measures are offered.
Early closure
If early closing of the resort is announced, no day ticket refund is offered. A discount may be offered on the price of a future visit, if the ticket is purchased on the same day as the closing.
Exception: The holder of a ticket purchased online, upon learning of an early closing, may request a refund of that ticket in exchange for a discounted onsite ticket valid for that day.
UNUSED TICKET FROM THE PREVIOUS SEASON
The station will honour the value of an unused ticket from the previous season for a ticket of the same length and category from the current season. However, the customer must pay the difference in price, if applicable.
Accompaniment of persons with reduced mobility
A free ticket is offered to the companion of a person with reduced mobility with the purchase of a day ticket at a regular price.

- A minimum number of registrations is required for the program to be offered.
- Taxes are not included in the prices indicated. Rates are valid for the 2022-2023 season.
- Payment will be required upon reservation.
- Our tickets and season passes are now issued on online reloadable cards. A refundable deposit of $5 (GST and PST not applicable) will be added on each season pass or ticket purchased.

Guaranteed season program / 2022-2023
In response to the COVID-19 situation, Bromont, montagne d’expériences has introduced a program to reassure customers wishing to take advantage of the best rates for the 2022–23 ski season.
The Guaranteed Season program offers all eligible season pass holders who prefer not to ski during the 2021–22 season, whatever the reason, the option to:
- Postpone their pass to the 2023–24 season at no additional cost and with no rate increase;
OR - Request a full refund of their pass.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must:
- Have purchased a 2022–23 season pass before the opening of the season.
- Not have used your pass for any lift or gondola ride during fall 2022.
- Not have used your pass in any way before the opening of the season.
- Not having made a request for postponement for the season 2021-2022.
Cost
The program is free and is available to all customers who have purchased a 2022-2023 season pass. You must fill out the form on our website before the opening of the season.
Postponement: Terms and Conditions
- The postponement request must be made between October 1, 2022, and the day before the opening of the ski season, by the pass holder. An online form will be available.
- A postponed pass cannot be transferred to another person.
- If the 2023–24 season pass rate is higher, the purchaser will not have to pay the difference.
- The season pass must not have been used.
- The “Bring a Friend” discount or other benefits must not have been used.
- Postponement is available for any type of season pass.
- Season pass deferral must be in the same category. Proof of age and/or student status will be required for the 2022-2023 season.
No refund. - The deferred season pass will be valid strictly for the 2023-2024 regular season (starting mid-November / early December). If the season pass holder wishes to ski in the spring of 2023, he will have to pay the difference between the regular 2023-2024 rate and the price paid for the 2022-2023 pass.
- All applications under this program are irreversible once processed.
Refund: Terms and Conditions
- The refund request must be made between October 1, 2022, and the day before the opening of the ski season, by the person who paid for the pass. In the case of a group 4+ purchase, the refund request must be made by the season pass holder. An online form will be available.
- The season pass must not have been used.
- The “Bring a Friend” discount or other benefits must not have been used.
- Refunds are available for any type of season pass.
*Anyone who has applied for a deferral or refund for their 2022-2023 season pass will not be able to obtain a new one once the situation is restored.

Customers may apply the value of a single-day ticket to the purchase of a season pass, subject to certain conditions.
Skiing
To obtain a credit, the season pass purchased must be in the same category as the single-day ticket. E.g., a day skiing ticket cannot be credited toward a 7-Night pass.
If the desired season pass is in a different category from the single-day ticket, a discount will be offered on the price of the single-day ticket and the full price will be charged for the season pass.
The pass must be purchased on the same day the ticket is used.

- A $30 administrative fee applies.
- The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d’expériences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is more than $600, a refund is made on a credit card.
- The applicant can retrieve the gift card by going to Customer Service during business hours.
- A mailing service is available. Charges apply.
- All applications to this program are irreversible once processed.

- Each case is studied individually. All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.

Stopping of a charilift
In the event of a temporary shutdown of a ski lift, compensatory measures may be offered to passengers depending on the duration of the shutdown. It is up to the teams on site to determine if compensation will be offered and what type of compensation will be offered, if any.
Complete closure
In the event of a complete closure of the station, compensatory measures are provided for day ticket customers. Users must go to the Versant du Lac ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
Partial closure
In the event of a partial closure of the station, no compensation is provided.
Early closure
When an early closure is announced, no refunds will be given on tickets. However, users must go to the Versant du Lac ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
CLOSINGS AND COMPENSATIONS
Thunderstorms
In the event of a storm, the station ceases all its activities for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap. If the thunderclap occurs in the first hour of the activity, since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to another visit (100%) will be given to the customer.
If the thunderclap occurs in the second hour of the activity, since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to a discount (50%) for another visit will be given to the customer.
Complete closure
In the event of complete closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, a postponement will be offered to customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
Partial closure
In the event of partial closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, no compensatory measures are planned.
Early closure
When an early closing is announced, no refunds are applied to tickets. However, a deferral will be offered to customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
