FAQ

Answers to your questions about the Mountain Collective pass.

How can I use my Mountain Collective pass?

All pass holders will receive their card by mail. It allows you to bypass the lines and access the lifts directly at most of our resorts. After purchasing a Mountain Collective pass, send a photo and sign the waiver to receive your card by mail.

Can I purchase an additional card to have one for each jacket?

What is the age limit for Young Adult and Child passes?

Young adult passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 13 to 18 at the time of purchase. Child passes are for skiers and snowboarders aged 6-12 at the time of purchase. For ages 5 and under, it’s free; you need to select this type of pass at the time of purchase.

Do I need to keep my pass for next year?

Absolutely! You can reuse your card with Mountain Collective for future seasons. We encourage you to keep it for future use as it will remain valid each year. It’s also important to note that there’s a cost associated with replacing the card.
