General terms and conditions

Ski tickets are not included, except for initiation plans.

All prices are per person.

A minimum number of registrations is required for the program to be offered.

Taxes are not included in the prices indicated. Rates are valid for the 2024-2025 season.

Payment will be required upon reservation.

Our tickets and season passes are now issued on online reloadable cards. A refundable deposit of $5 (GST and PST not applicable) will be added on each season pass or ticket purchased.

Postponement or refund policy

The Ski School offers a refund or deferral policy. All requests for refunds or postponements must be made via form.

Postponement or refund policy for private lessons (introductory, hourly, package)

In case of absence, you are responsible for rescheduling your lesson 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson by filling out the form. Otherwise, you will lose your lesson. Lesson hours are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next season.

No refund.

Postponement or refund policy for camps and special programs

In case of extreme weather, lessons will be rescheduled and resumed the weeks following the scheduled end date of the program (rescheduling of a maximum of two classes). The decision is made on the morning of the course, and the information is updated at 6:30 a.m., except for the Clanche-Neige and Huski courses, where the decision is made at 2 p.m. on the day of the course. To make sure that group classes are held, visit bromontmontagne.com. Lesson hours are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next season. No retakes for students absent from a camp or special program class.

No refunds after December 2, 2024, for holiday camps and special programs.
No refunds after February 26, 2025, for spring break camp.

Postponement or refund policy for 8 and 11-week programs

In case of extreme weather, lessons will be rescheduled and resumed the weeks following the scheduled end date of the program (rescheduling of a maximum of two classes). The decision is made on the morning of the course and the information is updated at 6:30 a.m. except for the Wednesday evening course, when the decision is made at 2 p.m. on the day of the course. To make sure that group classes are held, visit bromontmontagne.com. Lesson hours are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next season. No retakes for students absent from a class in an 8 or 11-week program.

No refunds after December 2, 2024, for 8-week program.
No refunds after November 30, 2024, for 11-week program.
