Due to the weather, the Thursday June 6 race has been postponed to Thursday June 27.
Take part in the second race of the Pittstop Series! “No chain party”, you probably already know the concept 😉 All participants won’t have a chain on their bike for this race. They won’t have the option of pedaling, that said, they’ll need to be very nimble on their bikes to create momemtum. All races are easy to intermediate. Whether it’s your first race or not, you’re all welcome!
SCHEDULE
– 4pm: Registration desk opens, plates and chips collected at race site. The Versant du Lac lift opens and the course is open for free practice.
– 5pm: Mandatory course study for U13 M/F with a certified coach. Meeting point with coaches will be in front of the chalet du lac. Be ready to roll. Accompanying parents welcome.
– 5:45pm: Registration desk closes
– 18h : Closing of the training course
– 6.15pm: Start for U13 M/W and U15 M/W. The starting order will be announced on Wednesday. After these two categories, the starting order is free.
– 8pm: End of race
TRAIL ACCESS RIGHTS
All participants must have a Bromont, montagne d’expériences (BME) trail pass. If a participant does not hold a UNLIMITED or ENDURO (limited to 2 lifts) season pass, he or she must purchase an evening bike ticket in order to have access to the lift for practice and the race. This discounted evening bike ticket can be purchased using the private link that will be emailed to you once your registration is complete.
FQSC LICENCE
If you do not have an annual FQSC license, you will need to purchase a daily license that will be valid only for the evening of the event in which you are participating. Please allow $10 for this.
