The Ski School offers a refund or deferral policy for all types of ski lessons for COVID-19 reasons. Change your mind after registering at the Ski School? No problem. The program allows you to :

  • Postpone your lesson(s) to the 2021-2022 season at no extra cost and without incurring any rate increase.
    OR
  • Request a full refund of your course(s).
The request for deferral or refund must be made between October 1 and the day before the opening of the ski season. The policy will apply beyond this deadline if the resort goes into a red zone during the season.

All requests for refunds or postponements must be made by phone at 450 534-2200, ext. 2700.

Postponement policy for 8 and 11-week programs, camps, and special programs.

In case of extreme weather, lessons will be rescheduled and resumed the weeks following the scheduled end date of the program (rescheduling of a maximum of two classes).
