General terms and conditions
- Ski tickets are not included, except for initiation plans.
- All prices are per person.
- A minimum number of registrations is required for the program to be offered.
- Taxes are not included in the prices indicated. Rates are valid for the 2025-2026 season.
- Payment will be required upon reservation.
- Our tickets and season passes are now issued on online reloadable cards. A refundable deposit of $5 (GST and PST not applicable) will be added on each season pass or ticket purchased.
Postponement or refund policy
The Snow School offers a refund or deferral policy. All requests for refunds or postponements must be made via this form.
Postponement or refund policy for private lessons (intro, hourly, hour package)
In case of absence, you are responsible for rescheduling your lesson 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson by filling out the form. Otherwise, you will lose your lesson. Lesson hours are non-transferable and cannot be carried over to the next season.
If you have booked a private lesson, a hour package, a First Tracks, Initiation, or Challenge lesson, you may request a cancellation by completing a request through our website using the form provided. The following refund terms apply depending on the situation:
24 hours or more before the lesson: You are entitled to a full refund to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Day before the lesson: You are entitled to a refund of the lesson price minus a $50 + taxes administrative fee, to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Day of the lesson: No refund.
Postponement and Refund Policy for Camps, Special Programs, and 5-, 8-, and 11-Week Programs
If you are enrolled in a group program or any other program that extends beyond a single day or includes multiple sessions, you may request a cancellation by filling out the form. The following refund conditions apply based on the situation:

Before the program starts: You are entitled to a full refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.

After the program has started: You are entitled to a partial refund based on the number of remaining days in the program, minus an administrative fee equal to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 + taxes or 10% of the remaining course fees. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
