However, the basic measures remain in effect.

Basic measures

The basic measures remain in effect:

  • If you have a fever, stay at home ;
  • If you have a cough, sore throat or nasal congestion, wear a mask ;
  • Wash your hands frequently ;
  • Cough into your elbow.

Guaranteed season program / 2022-2023

In response to the COVID-19, Bromont, montagne d’expériences has set up a program to reassure its customers for the 2022-2023 ski season.

The Season Guarantee program offers all eligible holders who, for whatever reason, choose not to ski
in the winter of 2022-2023 to :

  • Defer their membership to the 2023-2024 season at no additional cost and without incurring a rate increase.

Or

  • Request a full refund of their membership.

Wearing of the face-covering

As of May 14, 2022

The lifting of the mask requirement in the workplace will come into effect at the same time as the mask requirement for public places.

It will no longer be mandatory to wear a mask in the gondolas or in the ski chalets. The choice to wear a mask remains at the discretion of each person.

 

Physical distancing

As of May 14, 2022

Physical distancing will also no longer be mandatory, but will be recommended as a good practice to maintain.

The chairlifts operate at full capacity.

Interrupted Season Program

In the event of a government decree requiring the closure of the station in the middle of the season, members will be able to request a credit or refund. The amount given back will be determined based on the date of the interruption and the number of visits to the mountain.

Bike Ticket : Deferal program

If you test positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, you may request a deferral to a later date.

You have until 2 p.m. the day before your visit to make your request.

With the authorization of the Public Health Department, the Water Park will open on June 24, 2021!

Bromont, montagne d’expériences is constantly adapting to new demands and government requirements in order to offer you
a safe summer outdoors.

The measures in place will be regularly updated on this page.
Warning! Anyone who does not respect these guidelines could be banned from the site for the rest of the season.

Vaccination passport

As of September 1st, the vaccination passport is required for several activities, including water parks. The validation of the vaccination passport is applicable as of this date, but due to the imminent closure of our facilities, we would like to inform you that occasional validations of the proof of vaccination of our visitors are carried out. As indicated by the Quebec governmental authorities, an adaptation and awareness period is in effect until September 15. For more details on this subject, please consult this link.

 

Site and pools capacities

The maximum capacity has been significantly reduced in order to respect the recommended physical distance.

Pool capacity is also being reduced and monitored by field staff.

 

About wearing the mask

Wearing a mask is mandatory in indoor common areas for clients 10 years of age and older*.

The places concerned are as follows:

  • Restrooms;
  • Altitude;
  • Le Refuge;
  • Repair Shop;
  • Rental Shop;
  • Chalet du Sommet;
  • Chalet du Lac;
  • Chalet Soleil.

In the case of forgetfulness, single-use face covering will be sold at the reception desk.

*People whose particular medical condition prevents them from wearing the face covering, as well as those who are not able to put on or remove it by themselves, are not covered by the obligation to wear the face cover. For children between 2 and 9 years of age, wearing the mask is recommended, but not mandatory.

Guaranteed Season Program

To reduce the uncertainty of the current situation, the Guaranteed Season program has been set up. You change your mind after purchasing and don’t want to the Water Park for the upcoming season? No problem. The program allows you to :

  • Request a full refund of their season pass.

Requests for postponements or refunds must be made prior to the opening of the Water Park.
