Want to ride with the girls? The one-day Cayennes course is led by experienced, passionate female instructors who love mountain biking! You’ll work on progression, strategy, and refining your technique, all in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Time: 10 AM to 12 PM

Intermediate Level :

This class is for women who ride mountain bikes regularly and want to take their technical skills to another level!

• I am comfortable on banked turns
• I am comfortable on technical trails
• I keep my wheels on the ground
• I ride the following trails in Bromont without putting my foot down: La Vabo (60), Extra-Légère (5), La Sept (7) (without jumps)

Lift ticket and equipment not included. Get an Unlimited ticket or season pass.

This class is for women who ride mountain bikes regularly and want to take their technical skills to another level!

• I am comfortable on steep terrain
• I am comfortable on obstacle courses
• I’m comfortable with speed
• I get my wheels off the ground in control
• I ride the following trails in Bromont: Rotule (88), Berminator (9)/P’tite Dernière (29), La Sept (7) (with jumps)

Want to get some air time? Learn the basic technique to take jumps with control and fun. You will learn the different movements of the jump, from the initiation to the landing. Take advantage of our mountain skills zone where you will have the opportunity to gain ease through the many repetitions that our progression modules allow. Meet new people in a relaxed group atmosphere and finish the day in style with a 4 to 6 after-bike!

When: Saturday, September 27
Time: 1:00 to 3:30 PM

Includes:

• 2h30 of training with our certified PMBIA coaches
• 1 drink during an after-bike session

To participate, you must be comfortable in the following situations:

• I am comfortable on banked turns (Trail 7);
• I am comfortable on technical trails (Extra-Light Trail 5);
• I can venture into the more difficult trails when the conditions are right (Kneecap 88, Berminator 9);
• I am comfortable with speed;
• I am comfortable in steep terrain.

Hey girls, you want to spice up your bike parties? Les Cayennes are women who are not afraid of the cold! They develop their downhill skills in an atmosphere that allows them to gain confidence and have fun! They are supervised by our PMBIA (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association) certified coaches in order to give them confidence. They will learn about different topics such as terrain reading, turns, braking modulation, obstacle passing, in short, everything to make their mountain bike descents more exciting! Enjoy the warm summer evenings, meet new people and make new connections all season long!

This lesson is for women who ride mountain bikes on a regular basis and want to take their technical skills to the next level!

Small groups of 6 people for a more personalized approach. Groups will be formed according to the level of each rider (find your level).

When: 8 Thursday evenings, from May 22 to July 10, 2025
Hours: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Maximum 2 reschedules possible depending on weather
