Become an instructor

Are you a ski or snowboard lover? The Ski School is always looking for dynamic people with the desire to transmit their passion and promote the pleasures of skiing and snowboarding. Whatever your age, join our team of nearly 275 CSIA, CSCF, CASI or PESA certified instructors. Become an instructor and benefit from a continuing education program as well as many other advantages!

How to apply

  1. Fill out the online application form.
    For more information, please contact us by email at moniteur@skibromont.com.
  2. Participate in the Off-Snow Hiring Clinic.
  3. Register and participate in the CSIA-Bromont Level 1 Training. (If you have your certification in hand, go to step 5)
    (To access this step, you must have previously received a positive response from the Off-Snow Hiring Clinic).
    You must confirm your registration by contacting the ski school at 1-866-276-6668 ext. 2700.
  4. Successfully complete one of the following Level I training courses that will take place in December :
    Canadian Ski Instructors’ Alliance (CSIA)

  5. Successfully complete the twinning program consisting of assisting an instructor during a course or Iniski.

  2. Participate in the Off-Snow Hiring Clinic.
  3. Participate in the On-Snow Selection Clinic.
    (To access this step, you must have previously received a positive response following the Out-of-Snow Hiring Clinic).
  4. Pass the Level I certification exam
    (You will receive the procedure for this step once you have been selected as a candidate).

  5. If you already have your certification, you must register and participate in the « On-Snow Selection Clinic ».
  6. Successfully complete the matching program of assisting an instructor at an Ini-Surf course.

Become an assistant instructor ski

How to apply

  1. Fill out the online application form. Available as of Septembre 2021.
  2. Participate in the Off-Snow Hiring Clinic.

The role of the Assistant Instructor is to assist the ski instructor while gaining experience. The students who follow the Premonitor group program will continue their technical progression in skiing and will learn the basics in group management, the use of the lifts, how to develop a beginner and intermediate skier. It is complementary, but not mandatory for the Assistant Instructor position.
