This fall, try an all-new breakfast menu at the Chalet du Sommet! Sundays are the perfect day for brunch, so come enjoy a unique experience at the top of Mount Brome. Enjoy a stunning 360-degree panoramic view of the Eastern Townships and have a great time in the mountains. Whether you’re on a romantic outing, with friends, or with the whole family, we can’t wait to welcome you!

Two-hour services are available at 10:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m.

Meal Choices

– Fried chicken and waffle with maple syrup drizzle
– Healthy bagel with house-made gravlax, crème fraîche, lemon, dill, cucumbers, and pickled red onions
– Eggs Benedict on an English muffin with braised ham and squash hollandaise (vegetarian option available)

*Certain conditions apply. Taxes extra. Sales close weekly every Thursday at 11 a.m. before each event on Sunday. A 15% service charge on food will be added to your bill. Limited availability (175 people per service).

Important informations

It is your responsibility to arrive at the selected time. The service will begin as scheduled. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes in advance at the base of the mountain. Follow the signs to use the exclusive line for the gondolas.

Please note that this reservation is valid for a two-hour period. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure that we can welcome all our guests under the best conditions.
