The Académie des saveurs is an educational and immersive experience led by sommelier Marc-Antoine Bergeron (Terroir l’Agence), designed for the curious, for epicureans, and for anyone who wants to better understand wine. Here, you taste, observe, compare, ask questions… and develop your palate.

5-TASTING WORKSHOP
Guided step by step, you’ll discover the foundations of Quebec wine, its grape varieties, styles, regions, and identity through a structured, interactive, and accessible presentation. Note-taking, open discussions, and hands-on learning are at the heart of the experience. Your ticket includes a gondola ride and an interactive training session.
From bubbles to orange wine, this class lets you explore the full spectrum of flavours and styles that showcase the richness of Quebec’s terroir.
- Sparkling – Romy, Domaine Val Brome

*A 7% service fee will be added to the bill. A $5 refundable deposit (GST and QST not applicable) will be required for guests who do not already hold a rechargeable card from Bromont, montagne d’expériences for each ticketed product purchased.

Two time slots are available. Please select your workshop at the time of purchase.
- Workshop 1: Friday, March 13, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM
- Workshop 2: Friday, March 13, from 7:30 to 9:30 PM
ON-SITE EXPERIENCE
A café counter and food options will be available until 9 PM, so you can extend the experience before or after your workshop. Everything takes place in the unique setting of the Chalet du Sommet, at the top of Mont Brome, for a multisensory immersion where knowledge meets the landscape. A moment to learn, discover, and enjoy wine in a whole new way.
UPON ARRIVAL
Pick up your ticket (RFID card) at one of our automated kiosks, then proceed to the gondola. An exclusive line will be reserved for the event. Dress according to the weather, as you will be riding an unheated lift. Please allow at least 15–20 minutes to reach the summit. It is your responsibility to arrive at your selected time. This reservation is valid for a two-hour period.
