Start your new favorite sport on the right foot. This course, specially designed for people who have never ridden a mountain bike before, starts in our learning zone. It will introduce you to basic techniques (gear shifting, cornering, braking, position during descent and ascent) and, at the instructor’s discretion, will enable you to make your first descents in complete safety on the Grande Douce (21) or Banana split (51)!

Required to ride the lifts
– Stand on the pedals
– Be able to control braking
– Take downhill turns standing on the pedals

 

When: Monday to Thursday at 1:30 p.m. or Friday to Sunday and holidays at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.

 

Includes :

  • Lift ticket
  • 2.5 hour course
  • Bike rental (Growler) for the duration of the course (2.5 hour)
  • Protective gear

Start your day with an introduction to downhill biking! This course, specially designed for people who have never ridden a mountain bike before, will introduce you to the basic techniques (shifting, turning, braking, position during descent and ascent) and, at the instructor’s discretion, will enable you to make your first descents in complete safety on the Grande Douce (21) or Banana split (51)! You will then be able to finish your day by refreshing yourself at the Water Park!

Required to ride the lifts
– Stand on the pedals
– Be able to control braking
– Take downhill turns standing on the pedals

Number of people: 6 participants maximum / group
When: Fridays to Sundays and holidays according to Water Park opening dates, as of 9:30 a.m.
