General terms and conditions
Lift tickets are not included, except for the initiation package.
All prices are per person.
A minimum registration is required for the program to be offered.
Taxes are not included in the prices. Rates are valid for the 2026 summer season.
Payment will be required at the time of booking.
A $5 refundable deposit (GST and PST not applicable) will be requested from customers who do not already hold a Bromont, montagne d’expériences reloadable card for each season pass or ticket purchased.
Deferral or refund policy
Any deferral or refund request must be submitted via a form.
Deferral and Refund Policy for Initiation Packages, Explorer on two wheels, and Private Lessons
If you have booked an Initiation Package, Explorer on two wheels, or a Private Lesson, you may request a cancellation by completing the form. The following refund policy applies depending on the timing of your request:

24 hours or more before the lesson: You are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.

The day before the lesson: You are eligible for a refund of the lesson price minus a $50 + tax administrative fee, refunded to the original method of payment.

On the day of the lesson: No refund will be issued.
Deferral and Refund Policy for Adult Group Sessions
In the event of extreme weather, lessons will be rescheduled. The decision is made on the morning of the lesson, and updates are provided by 8 AM. There are no make-up lessons for students who miss a class in a group session.
If you are enrolled in a group program or any other program that extends beyond a single day or includes multiple sessions, you may notify the Snow School in writing by completing the present resiliation form and sending it by email to ecole@bromontmontagne.com, or by filling out the form. The following refund conditions apply based on the situation:

Before the program starts: You are entitled to a full refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.

After the program has started: You are entitled to a partial refund based on the number of remaining days in the program, minus an administrative fee equal to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 + taxes or 10% of the remaining course fees. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
