Sponsorships
and donations

At Bromont, montagne d’expériences, we firmly believe in our social role. Every year, we support initiatives that actively contribute to the livelihood and well-being of our community. Whether through sports, educational, or social projects, our commitment is to support what brings people together, inspires, and helps us grow, right here at home.

In response to an increasing number of requests, we have put in place a clear structure that allows us to focus our efforts where our impact is most meaningful.

Sponsorship Policies

Our support takes the form of social sponsorships or donations, offered either in products or monetary contributions, depending on the nature of the project. Each request is reviewed carefully based on our capacity to contribute, our areas of focus, and the local reach of the proposed initiatives.

Our Pillars of Engagement

All requests must align with one or more of the four pillars that now guide our decisions. Unfortunately, requests that do not fit within these pillars will not be considered.

Health
Projects that promote physical or psychological well-being, improve access to care, support prevention, or assist vulnerable individuals.

Sports
Initiatives that encourage physical activity, personal growth, healthy lifestyle habits, and inclusion through sport.

Youth
Activities or programs focused on the development, education, and fulfillment of young people in a safe and enriching environment.

Local Roots
We prioritize projects originating in our immediate community, Bromont and its surrounding areas, where our support can have a tangible and lasting impact.

General Eligibility Criteria

Applications for sponsorship must meet the following criteria:

  • The project clearly aligns with one of the four pillars outlined above;
  • The initiative contributes to collective well-being at a local or regional level;
  • The proposal is well-structured, providing clear information on participants, objectives, and identified needs;
  • The organization is capable of responsibly managing the support provided.

Application Procedure

To ensure a rigorous, transparent, and fair management of requests:

  • All requests, internal or external, must be submitted through the designated form available here.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 30 business days prior to the event.
  • Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.

Duration of Support

Donations and sponsorships are typically granted for a single edition of a project or event. For recurring events, a new request should be submitted each year. Support is subject to available budget and the total number of requests received.

Exclusions

The following types of requests are not eligible:

  • Projects focused on a single individual (except for athlete sponsorships within a structured program);
  • Projects related to a political party, candidate, or lobbying group;
  • Projects that do not clearly align with our pillars (e.g., end-of-year galas or school outings not related to sport, health, or youth).

Please note that these requests will be automatically declined.
