IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
Upon arrival, please pick up your ticket (RFID card) at one of our automated kiosks, then proceed to the gondola. An exclusive line will be reserved for the event. Dress appropriately for the weather. You will be using an unheated lift. Please allow at least 15 to 20 minutes to reach the top, it is your responsibility to arrive at your selected time for your two-hour service.
