CLOSINGS AND COMPENSATIONS
Thunderstorms
In the event of a storm, the station ceases all its activities for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap.
If the thunderclap occurs within the first 30 minutes spent in the Hisséo module (excluding the introduction), since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to another visit (100%) will be given to the customer.
If the thunderclap occurs after the first 30 minutes in the game, since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to a discount (50%) for another visit will be given to the customer.
This compensation will be given to Hisséo customers who have purchased a ticket only.
Complete closure
In the event of complete closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, a postponement will be offered to customers who have purchased a ticket only. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
Partial closure
In the event of partial closure of the Hisséo hebertism park, no compensatory measures are planned.
Early closure
When an early closing is announced, no refunds are applied to tickets. However, a deferral will be offered to customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.
Ticket credit
A customer can apply the value of their daily ticket toward the purchase of a Season pass, under certain conditions.
To obtain a credit applicable to a Season pass for the same season, the customer can visit Customer Service with proof of purchase or call 1-866-276-6668, ext. 7600, within a maximum of 48 hours following their visit. Proof of purchase will be required to apply the credit to a Season pass for the current season.
The credit only applies to the same activity. For example, a daily bike ticket can only be credited toward a bike Season pass.
Unused ticket
If the customer is unable to attend on the selected date, they may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before their visit. The ticket’s value will be applied to a new reservation for the same activity and category, subject to availability. The customer must pay any price difference, if applicable. No refunds. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to the following season.
Support for Individuals with Special Needs
A complimentary admission is offered to the companion of a person with special needs with the purchase of a regular-priced day ticket or season pass.
Conditions:
- The person with special needs must present either an Access2 Card or a CAL (Carte Accompagnement Loisir) to receive this benefit.
- To ensure quicker access to the Ticket Office, we encourage customers to contact us in advance to make arrangements.
- On the day of the visit, a Customer Service team member will be assigned to welcome the person with special needs and their companion, allowing them to enter the park more efficiently.
