Enjoy a cozy evening at the top of the mountain and take the time to reconnect over a delicious meal, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate sharing and savoring every moment together.
Discover a three-course menu highlighting seasonal ingredients and comforting flavors. To complete this special moment for two, a carefully selected bottle of wine will be served to share, perfectly paired with the meal.
The event will take place from 5:30 to 9:30 PM.

*A 15% service fee will be charged on food and beverages. Tables for 2 or 4 are available and cannot be combined. Minimum 2 tickets, maximum 4 per transaction. A refundable deposit of $5 (GST and QST not included) will be required for guests who do not already have a Bromont rechargeable card, for each ticketed product purchased.

Truffled Mushroom Soup
Creamy wild mushroom soup infused with truffle oil, served with a golden crouton and shaved aged Parmesan.
Choice of Main Course
Roasted guinea fowl supreme: port wine reduction, celeriac purée, and glazed root vegetables.
Herb-rolled trout: lemon butter sauce, celeriac purée, and glazed root vegetables.
Creamy risotto simmered with roasted squash purée, garnished with arugula and Parmesan.

Your ticket includes a gondola ride offering a spectacular view of the illuminated mountain, followed by a shared meal in a warm and inviting setting. A simple yet thoughtfully curated evening, where great food and a stunning location come together to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
Whether you are celebrating Valentine’s Day, a special occasion, or simply taking time to be together, the Valentine’s Day Evening at the Summit offers a truly unique experience in a setting that is both elegant and understated.
On arrival
Check in at one of our self-service kiosks to collect your ticket (RFID card), then head to the gondola. An exclusive line will be reserved for event participants, located all the way to the right when facing the gondolas. Dress warmly, as you will be taking an unheated lift shared with other skiers. Allow at least 15–20 minutes to reach the summit, and make sure to arrive at your selected time.
