The 2026 season is officially underway<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

We\u2019re open on 3 mountainsides! The entire team is thrilled to launch the season and continues fine-tuning the trails to deliver a first weekend in top conditions. Access is reserved for dseason pass holders and Apex Card holders, from Friday, May 15 to Monday, May 18 inclusive.<\/p>\n

From the Express des \u00c9pinettes (P5), two developed trails await you: Temporaire (easy) and D\u00e9connexion (intermediate). They provide easy access to your favorite trails, on both the Versant du Lac and Versant du Village mountainsides. Despite ongoing progress, snow is still present in certain areas. We\u2019re therefore holding off on opening some trails to preserve network quality for the rest of the season. Thank you for respecting designated access points and riding smart. Base camp at P5<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once again this season, P5 remains the bikers\u2019 HQ: rentals, repair shop, boutique, ticket office, automated kiosks and a food service point. Everything you need for a great day of riding!<\/p>\n

Evening races are coming up! In two weeks, it\u2019s time for the first race night with Party in the woodz<\/a>. These friendly races are perfect for easing back in, pushing your limits and launching the season in style!<\/p>\n

The Enduro sector is now open!<\/p>\n

While the official opening with chairlifts is planned for Friday, May 15, the Enduro sector is already accessible. See trail map<\/a><\/p>\n

Snowmelt is progressing more slowly than expected, but maintenance work and opening preparations are moving along well. On the Versant du Village , surface maintenance is now complete. The team is now focusing on the \u00c9pinettes and Lac mountainsides, where several interventions are underway to ensure safe and enjoyable trails for the first rides of the season.<\/p>\n

For the first weekend, the network will not be fully open, but all three sides will be accessible. Full opening will happen gradually, depending on mountain conditions and work progress. Rakes are back on the trails!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The ski season ended on April 12, and just three days later, a team of 7 trail builders and excavator operators was already hard at work in the network. Right from the start, a full inspection of the trails made it possible to identify the work to be done and set priorities. This year\u2019s challenge: a short window before the planned opening on May 15, combined with a chilly spring. There is still snow in some areas of the mountain, and about sixty trees need to be cleared following a particularly windy winter. That\u2019s twice the usual number of fallen trees!<\/p>\n

Although there is still some snow in places, the gradual thaw has allowed the ground to dry enough to carry out major work, including finishing the new trail La Temporaire (at the top of the Versant des \u00c9pinettes), as well as significant maintenance work across the network. Thank you for respecting trail closures so we can complete the work and ensure the best possible opening conditions.<\/p>\n

Major overhaul of the Express du Lac<\/strong><\/p>\n

As many of you already know, major work is underway on the Express du Lac chairlift. These upgrades aim to fully modernize the lift to ensure its long-term durability, while also improving reliability and comfort through upgrades to the electrical and mechanical components.<\/p>\n

Good news for the season! To maintain an optimal riding experience on the mountain, the Express des \u00c9pinettes (RM6) will be exceptionally open, featuring brand-new 4-bike racks. Two new trails, La Temporaire and La D\u00e9connexion, have also been built to ensure a smooth connection with the rest of the network. Not to mention that the Express du Village lift will be open 7 days a week. \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
