You must fill out the form on our website before the opening of the season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Postponement: Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The postponement request must <strong>be made between October 1, 2021, and the day before the opening of the ski season<\/strong>, by the pass holder. An online form will be available.<\/li>\n<li>A postponed pass cannot be transferred to another person.<\/li>\n<li>If the 2022\u201323 season pass rate is higher, the purchaser will not have to pay the difference.<\/li>\n<li>The season pass must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cBring a Friend\u201d discount or other benefits must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>Postponement is available for any type of season pass.<\/li>\n<li>Season pass deferral must be in the same category. Proof of age and\/or student status will be required for the 2022-2023 season.<br \/>\nNo refund.<\/li>\n<li>The deferred season pass will be valid strictly for the 2022-2023 regular season (starting mid-November \/ early December). If the season pass holder wishes to ski in the spring of 2022, he will have to pay the difference between the regular 2022-2023 rate and the price paid for the 2021-2022 pass.<\/li>\n<li>All applications under this program are irreversible once processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refund: Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The refund request must <strong>be made between October 1, 2021, and the day before the opening of the ski season<\/strong>, by the person who paid for the pass. In the case of a group 4+ purchase, the refund request must be made by the season pass holder. An online form will be available.<\/li>\n<li>The season pass must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>The \u201cBring a Friend\u201d discount or other benefits must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>Refunds are available for any type of season pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*Anyone who has applied for a deferral or refund for their 2021-2022 season pass will not be able to obtain a new one for the same season.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column][vc_bloc_titre titre=&#8221;Season interruption &#8211; 7-Night season pass holders&#8221;][\/vc_bloc_titre][vc_column_text]The government announcement of January 6, 2021 imposed an 8 p.m. curfew, forcing the station to close at 7:30 p.m. every evening.<br \/>\nfrom Saturday, January 9 to Monday, February 8, 2021 inclusively.<\/p>\n<p>As the restricted operations are evening ones only, 7-Night season pass holders are eligible for a credit based on the number of uses. <strong>Season pass holders must request it between Saturday, January 9 and Sunday, January 17 inclusively. No compensation measures are offered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ski lift stoppage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of momentary stoppage of a chair or gondola lift, users may be offered compensation depending on the length of the service interruption. Teams on site will determine whether compensation is warranted and decide what type should be offered, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full closing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If imminent full closing of the resort is announced, provision is made for compensation based on the use of the single-day ticket. Users must go to the Customer Service counter to request compensation, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partial closing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of partial closing of the resort, no compensation measures are offered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early closing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If early closing of the resort is announced, no day ticket refund is offered.
