  2. Participate in a telephone or in-person interview.<\/li>\n
  3. Participate in the new instructor meeting in November. (To access this step, you must have received a positive response to the interview).<\/li>\n
  4. Pass the CASI – Bromont Level I certification exam in December. If you already have your certification, proceed to step 5. (You will receive the procedure for this step once you have been selected as a candidate).<\/li>\n
  5. Successfully complete the buddy program, assisting an instructor on a course.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The role of the Assistant Instructor is to assist the ski instructor while gaining experience.
