An online form will be available.<\/li>\n<li>The season pass cannot be transferred to another person.<\/li>\n<li>The season pass must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>Credit can be requested for any type of season pass and is based on the price paid by the member.<\/li>\n<li>The credit is issued on a gift card valid on all Bromont, montagne d\u2019exp\u00e9riences products if the amount is less than $600. If the amount is greater than $600, a refund is issued on a credit card.<\/li>\n<li>All requests under this program are irreversible once processed.<\/li>\n<li>An administrative fee of $45 including taxes is applicable on each subscription that is subject to a cancellation request.<\/li>\n<li>If an installment plan is offered, the subscription must be paid in full to apply for the subscription cancellation program.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Season pass cancellation conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Credit is non-transferable, non-cashable.<\/li>\n<li>Credit is also valid for the reloadable card deposit, if applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Clause \u2013 INFINI 4 SEASONS &amp; INFINITY FAMILY 4 SEASONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f Holders of the Infini 4 Seasons and Infini Family 4 Seasons passes are <strong>not eligible for the cancellation program<\/strong>, as the water park is included in the ski pass and is an integral part of the 4 Seasons privileges.<\/li>\n<li>The use of any benefit included with the pass (such as the water park) makes the pass <strong>ineligible for the cancellation program<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_bloc_bouton nb_bouton=&#8221;1&#8243; bouton_1=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fbromontmontagne.atlassian.net%2Fservicedesk%2Fcustomer%2Fportal%2F1%2Fgroup%2F1%2Fcreate%2F46|title:Formulate%20a%20request|target:_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][vc_bloc_separateur][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=&#8221;creditwp&#8221;][vc_column][vc_bloc_titre titre=&#8221;TICKET CREDIT&#8221;][\/vc_bloc_titre][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>Skiing,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Water Park and\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Mountain Biking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">A customer can apply the value of their daily ticket toward the purchase of a Season pass, under certain conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">To obtain a credit applicable to a Season pass for the same season, the customer can visit Customer Service with proof of purchase or call 1-866-276-6668, ext. 7600, within a maximum of 48 hours following their visit. Proof of purchase will be required to apply the credit to a Season pass for the current season.<\/p>\n<p>The credit only applies to the same activity. For example, a daily bike ticket can only be credited toward a bike Season pass.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][vc_bloc_separateur][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row el_id=&#8221;thunder&#8221;][vc_column][vc_bloc_titre titre=&#8221;Thunderstorm Policy&#8221;][\/vc_bloc_titre][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Stormy weather ahead? Don\u2019t worry, your day is covered with the Bromont Water Park Thunderstorm Policy!<\/p>\n<p><strong>To be eligible:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All Water Park activities must be interrupted due to more than one instance of thunder.<\/li>\n<li>The interruption must last more than 30 consecutive minutes. The second thunderclap must occur at least 5 minutes after the first.<\/li>\n<li>The closure must occur between 10 AM and 4 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll receive a free return visit to the Water Park on the date of your choice during the current season. Before leaving, simply show your receipt to a Water Park ticket booth attendant so they can add the free visit to your file. You&#8217;re still welcome to stay and enjoy the Water Park once activities resume.<\/p>\n<p>This guarantee applies only to the Water Park day ticket, which is non-refundable, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exclusions: <\/strong>As of 2 PM Water Park tickets, sun shelter and cabana rentals, meals, lockers, Water Park season pass holders, tickets purchased for school groups, day camps, or corporate groups and also Dirt Camp products.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How it works:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Present yourself at the Water Park Ticket Office on the same day before the park closes. A note will be added to your file, allowing you to return another day, by Monday, September 1, 2025.<strong><br \/>\nOR<br \/>\n<\/strong>Complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/bromontmontagne.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/1\/create\/163\">form<\/a> provided via QR code upon your departure from the Water Park, within 48 hours. The value of the unused ticket will be honored during a later visit. An equivalent credit will be applied toward the purchase of a ticket for the same activity, duration, and category. The guest will be responsible for paying any price difference, if applicable. You will be able to choose a new date depending on the availability of our sites. No compensatory measures are planned.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complete closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a complete closure of the Water Park, compensatory measures are provided for day ticket customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim the compensation, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partial closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of a partial closure, no compensation is provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When an early closure is announced, no refunds will be given on tickets.
