If the closure is temporary, requests will be processed at the end of the season or when a permanent closure for the season is announced.\u00a0 It takes approximately 15 business days to process the claim.<\/li>\n<li>A $30 administration fee is applicable. Valid only for online purchases made through the Bromont, montagne d\u2019exp\u00e9riences website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment dates<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 to 3 instalments, depending on the date of purchase:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1<sup>st<\/sup>: When purchasing<\/li>\n<li>2<sup>nd<\/sup>: March, 15, 2021<\/li>\n<li>3<sup>rd<\/sup>: April, 15, 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After April 1, it will no longer be possible to take advantage of the payment plan for the spring sale. An online form will be available.<\/li>\n<li>The pass cannot be transferred to another person.<\/li>\n<li>If the rate for the 2026-2027 season is higher, the pass holder will not have to pay the difference.<\/li>\n<li>If the validity of passes is modified the following season, the changes will apply to the postponed pass.<\/li>\n<li>The pass must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;Bring a Friend&#8221; discount or other privileges must not have been used.<\/li>\n<li>Postponement to the 2026-2027 season can be requested regardless of the type of pass.<\/li>\n<li>The postponed pass must be of the same category.<\/li>\n<li>The postponed pass will be strictly valid for the regular 2026-2027 season (which begins in mid-November\/early December). If the pass holder wishes to ski in spring 2026, they must pay the difference between the regular rate for 2026-2027 and the price paid for the 2025-2026 pass.<\/li>\n<li>Any request under this program is irreversible once processed.<\/li>\n<li>Only one postponement is possible.<\/li>\n<li>The customer will not be able to repurchase a pass for the current season.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative fees of $45 including taxes apply to each pass subject to a request for postponement for the 2025-2026 season. For a group pass &#8211; family pass Infinit only &#8211; administrative fees are $75 including taxes.<\/li>\n<li>If a payment installment program is offered, the pass must be fully paid to request the 2024-2025 pass refund program.<\/li>\n<li>The 2025-2026 postponement is also valid for the rechargeable card deposit, if applicable.<\/li>\n<li>In the event that a group purchase &#8211; Anytime family pass\u00a0 &#8211; is modified with the removal of a pass, the pricing could be adjusted.<\/li>\n<li>Options added to the ski pass (mountain biking and alpine touring) cannot be postponed to the following season.<\/li>\n<li>The 2026-2027 postponement does not allow for the enjoyment of discounted options for summer 2026 (mountain biking)\u00a0 or winter 2026-2027 (alpine touring).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Refund: Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The request must be made between February 27 and October 31, 2025, inclusive, by the pass holder only. No compensation measures are offered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ski lift stoppage<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of momentary stoppage of a chair or gondola lift, users may be offered compensation depending on the length of the service interruption. Teams on site will determine whether compensation is warranted and decide what type should be offered, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Complete closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If imminent full closing of the resort is announced, provision is made for compensation based on the use of the single-day ticket. Users must go to the Customer Service counter to request compensation, if applicable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partial closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of partial closing of the resort, no compensation measures are offered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early closure<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If early closing of the resort is announced, no day ticket refund is offered.
