Rates are valid for the 2026 summer season.<\/p>\n<p>Payment will be required at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<p>A $5 refundable deposit (GST and PST not applicable) will be requested from customers who do not already hold a Bromont, montagne d\u2019exp\u00e9riences reloadable card for each season pass or ticket purchased.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][vc_bloc_separateur][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;30_&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt-mea\"><strong>Deferral or refund policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any deferral or refund request must be submitted via a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bromontmontagne.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][vc_bloc_separateur][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;30_&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt-mea\"><strong>Deferral and Refund Policy for Initiation Packages, Explorer on two wheels, and Private Lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"66\" data-end=\"294\">If you have booked an Initiation Package, Explorer on two wheels, or a Private Lesson, you may request a cancellation by completing the <a href=\"https:\/\/bromontmontagne.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">form<\/a>. The following refund policy applies depending on the timing of your request:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"634\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"409\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"409\">24 hours or more before the lesson: You are eligible for a full refund to the original method of payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"410\" data-end=\"576\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"576\">The day before the lesson: You are eligible for a refund of the lesson price minus a $50 + tax administrative fee, refunded to the original method of payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"634\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"634\">On the day of the lesson: No refund will be issued.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][vc_bloc_separateur][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;65_&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=&#8221;30_&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt-mea\"><strong>Deferral and Refund Policy for Adult Group Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1536\">In the event of extreme weather, lessons will be rescheduled. The decision is made on the morning of the lesson, and updates are provided by 8 AM. The following refund conditions apply based on the situation:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ak-ul\" data-indent-level=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2119\">Before the program starts: You are entitled to a full refund using the same payment method as the original purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"2239\">After the program has started: You are entitled to a partial refund based on the number of remaining days in the program, minus an administrative fee equal to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 + taxes or 10% of the remaining course fees.
