In the event of a storm, the station ceases all its activities for a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunderclap.<\/p>\n

If the thunderclap occurs within the first 45 minutes spent in the Hiss\u00e9o module (excluding the introduction), since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to another visit (100%) will be given to the customer.<\/p>\n

If the thunderclap occurs after the first 45 minutes in the game, since we have to evacuate the game modules, a coupon giving the right to a discount (50%) for another visit will be given to the customer.<\/p>\n

This compensation will be given to Hiss\u00e9o customers who have purchased a ticket only.<\/p>\n

Complete closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of complete closure of the Hiss\u00e9o hebertism park, a postponement will be offered to\u00a0customers who have purchased a ticket only. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.<\/p>\n

Partial closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the event of partial closure of the Hiss\u00e9o hebertism park, no compensatory measures are planned.<\/p>\n

Early closure<\/strong><\/p>\n

When an early closing is announced, no refunds are applied to tickets. However, a deferral will be offered to customers. Users must go to the ticket office to claim compensation, if applicable.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_spacer spacer_hauteur=”65_”][vc_bloc_separateur][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_bloc_titre titre=”Ticket credit”][\/vc_bloc_titre][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

A customer can apply the value of their daily ticket toward the purchase of a Season pass, under certain conditions.<\/p>\n

To obtain a credit applicable to a Season pass for the same season, the customer can visit Customer Service with proof of purchase or call 1-866-276-6668, ext. 7600, within a maximum of 48 hours following their visit. Proof of purchase will be required to apply the credit to a Season pass for the current season.<\/p>\n

The credit only applies to the same activity. If the customer is unable to attend on the selected date, they may request to reschedule up to 48 hours before their visit. The ticket\u2019s value will be applied to a new reservation for the same activity and category, subject to availability. The customer must pay any price difference, if applicable. No refunds. Tickets cannot be rescheduled to the following season.<\/p>\n
