2020-2021 ski season

An offer adapted to the new reality

Bromont, montagne d’expériences is continually adapting to new government demands and requirements.
The ski resorts are authorized to pursue part of their activities.

Currently, the station is located in the RED zone and will pass to the ORANGE zone as of Monday, March 8.

Schedule

Due to the curfew imposed from Saturday, the station has revised its opening hours.
Consult the detailed schedule to know more.

Validities of season passes

To compensate for the lost hours of night skiing, the validities of some season passes have been adjusted. Visit the Season Passes Validity page to see what changes have been made.

Wearing of the face-covering

Wearing a mask or face covering is mandatory in all indoor and outdoor public spaces, regardless of the alert level. On the mountain, it is mandatory if physical distancing cannot be respected with other skiers. Provide 2 different face covers: one for indoors (mask suggested) and one for outdoors.

The face cover can be a procedure mask, a homemade mask, a neck warmer, a hood, or other tight-fitting clothing covering the nose and mouth. This garment should consist of at least 2 layers of tightly woven fabric and be large enough to completely cover the mouth and nose.

Indoor public areas (chalets, rentals, store, etc.) :
Mandatory for anyone aged 10 years or older.

Lineups and Ski lifts :
Mandatory from the age of 3 years old.

Ski School :
Mandatory from the age of 3 years old for the entire duration of the course.

Inter-regional travels

Inter-regional travels are not recommended from or to a red or orange zone. However, this is not a ban, and the government encourages physical activity for the sake of health. Visitors are encouraged to follow the rules applicable to their city of residence.

It is the responsibility of everyone to follow the Public Health guidelines to end this pandemic as quickly as possible. The collaboration of everyone is therefore desired.

Capacity of the chalets

In spite of the passage in orange zone, the station maintains its position relative to the chalets. These only serve as a refuge to warm up for a short period of time. Access to the sanitary facilities is possible. No food or personal belongings are tolerated inside. The number of seats in the chalets is reduced to respect the distance.

Food services

No food service is offered indoors. Outdoor service points are in place to fill cravings.

Services (Rental shop, Repair shop, Boutique)

It is possible to rent equipment by reservation only.
The repair shop maintains its operation.
The Boutique is open.

Ski lifts

The lifts can be occupied at regular capacity if all passengers are part of the same household.

For single persons, here is the revised capacity of each type of chair :

  • 2-seater chairs = 1 person per chair
  • 4-seater chairs = 2 people, at each end of the chair
  • 6-seater chairs = 3 people, at each end and in the middle of the chair
  • Gondolas = 2 people sitting at the indicated places.

Ski School

The Ski School is offering private, semi-private and family bubble lessons.

To ensure the health and safety of all, and to ensure that only exceptional experiences are offered, group lessons, 8-week programs and special camps are cancelled for the season.

Priority to season pass holders / APEX unavailable / Limited tickets

Pass holders have priority access to the trails. To maintain comfortable capacity during peak periods and to ensure compliance with preventive measures, the number of passes in circulation is exceptionally limited and the APEX card is not available. No tickets are issued at the beginning of the season. Tickets will be available when there is sufficient skiable terrain to enforce preventative measures and distance on the site. The number of tickets available per day will be limited to avoid too much traffic on the site. Tickets will be available online only.

Personal belongings in the chalets

Personal belongings are not allowed in the chalets, even in orange zone. Clients must prepare themselves in their car and leave all their belongings there.

Rental of seasonal lockers

Seasonal lockers are not accessible.

Daily locker rental

Daily locker rental is not available.

Daycare

The daycare is closed for the season.

A privilege to be allowed to ski

In order to avoid any possible excesses, we decided to revise the Nuits Blanches schedule. All Nuits Blanches of the season will therefore end according to the station’s regular schedule, at 10:30 p.m.

Our priorities are to offer a safe environment and a pleasant atmosphere for both clients and staff. We remind you that our staff can suspend the right of access of any recalcitrant person without compensation.

We are privileged to be able to keep the ski resort open in these difficult times. We will not tolerate any customer who may compromise the safety at the resort.

We call for everyone’s cooperation to allow us to enjoy our favorite winter sport until the very end of the season.
