You will find below the sanitary measures valid for the season. We are continually adapting to new government requirements in order to offer you a safe environment this winter. Our goal is to make your experience as pleasant as possible when you visit us.

Consult this page before coming at the mountain in order to ski in complete safety. The instructions change regularly.

Vaccination passport

The vaccination passport is required for the use of the chairlifts and access to certain services offered in the ski chalets.

Season pass or APEX card holders aged 13 and over

If you haven’t already done so, come now to validate your vaccination passport in order to activate your season pass or your APEX card.

Day ticket holders aged 13 and over

Your vaccination passport will be requested when you pick up your tickets.

Health measures

Revised Schedule – NEW

In order to respect the curfew, ski resorts must close evening skiing no later than 9:30 pm to allow skiers to return home by 10 pm.

December 31 and January 1st: closing at 9pm

From January 2nd: closing time 9:30 pm

Revised 7-night season pass validity – NEW

Validity of the 7-night pass : no later than January 4, the 7-night pass will be valid from 4:30 pm until the curfew is lifted. See the season passes validities.

Wearing a face-covering

Wearing a face-covering is mandatory inside chalets, service buildings and in the gondolas.

Wearing a face-covering (neck warmer on the nose and mouth) is recommended in line-ups, in chairlifts as well as for skiers aged 3 years or over in ski lessons.

The chalets – New

The ski chalets will be in refuge mode only. Only access to the bathrooms and to warm up is allowed.

In order to maintain a pleasant experience for all, it is no longer possible to leave your bags in the chalets. You have to prepare yourself at your the car and leave your belongings directly there.

The capacity is reduced to 50% in order to respect the physical distance of 1 m between people who do not reside under the same roof.

Wearing a mask is mandatory at all times.

Personal belongings in the chalets

In order to offer you a safe season, the capacity of the chalets has been reduced by 50%. It is therefore no longer possible to leave your bags and lunch boxes in the chalet. Save time! Get ready at your car and go straight to the chairlift!

Daily locker rental

In order to comply with the instruction of the Government of Quebec to reduce the reception capacity by 50% of the chalets, the daily lockers are no longer accessible.

Rental of seasonnal lockers

Seasonal lockers are accessible.

Ski School

The Ski School continues its operations. Weekend group lessons are postponed for one week. For more information, click here.

The Boutique – New

The Boutique is open except on Sundays, January 2-9 and 16.

Food services – New

The Chalet du Village and Chalet du Lac rest stops are open for take-out only.

Chairlifts – New

For the gondolas, the maximum capacity is now 4 people or the same family bubble. Inside the gondolas, it is mandatory to wear a face-covering.

The use of the chairlift by users of the same household is privileged. In the line-ups and in the chairlifts, wearing a face-covering is recommended.

Cleaning and disinfection of facilities

We want to preserve our ski season just as much as you do. Our teams clean frequently used items (tables, chairs, payment terminals, door handles, etc.) on a regular basis. Additional resources are allocated to hygiene and sanitation for the season.

We take all the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our customers and our teams. We are counting on your usual collaboration in order to respect the sanitary instructions. Station staff have the right to exclude from the site any individual or group of individuals who refuse to comply with health regulations, without compensation.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to have my vaccination passport validated?

As announced by the Quebec government, the vaccination passport will be required for all visitors 13 years of age and older in all 75 ski resorts in Quebec. All our season passes and our APEX multi-day tickets have been deactivated for the 2021-2022 season except for members 12 years old and under.  You must come and have your vaccination passport validated in order to reactivate your season passe or your APEX card.

You will only be asked once to validate your vaccination passport. Come now and get direct access to the chairlifts on your first day of skiing!

 

What is the procedure for validating the vaccination passport? 

  • For season pass or APEX card holders of 13 years old and older :

As of Monday, November 8, come to Versant du Village and follow the instructions on site to pick up your season pass or your  APEX multi-day tickets and/or have your vaccination passport validated.

7:45 am to 10:20 pm Monday to Thursday
7:15 am to 10:50 pm Fridays and Saturdays
7:15 am to 10:20 pm Sundays

Passport validation must be done in person. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send one representative per family. Each client 13 y/o +  must present themselves in person.

  • For all ticket holders (L’Est Go, groups, Privilege Pages and others) :

The validation of the vaccination passport will be done in person at our ticketing boots at the opening of the resort for the ski season.

 

What do I need to bring to reactivate my season pass?

  • Your vaccination passport
  • Photo ID
  • Your season pass or your APEX card if you already have one

You already have reloadable cards in your possession? Bring them back at the Ticket Booth, Food services, Rental/Repair shop, Ski school or Boutique & café to get your refund.

Can I get a refund if I am not vaccinated?

The request for reimbursement or postponement of the season pass had to be made between October 1, 2021 and the day before the opening of the ski season in accordance with the Guaranteed Season policy.

 

I am a resident of another province or country, can I ski in Quebec?

Yes, people who do not reside in Quebec and who are traveling in Quebec can go to the places and activities covered by the use of the vaccination passport if they present the following two documents at the entrance :

  • A valid photo ID with an address outside Quebec
  • Proof of official vaccination against COVID-19 provided by their country or Canadian province.

Interrupted Season Program

In the event of a government decree requiring the closure of the ski area in the middle of the season, members will be able to request a credit or refund. The amount given back will be determined based on the date of the interruption and the number of visits to the mountain.

Guaranteed season program

To reduce the uncertainty of the current situation, the Guaranteed Season program has been set up. You change your mind after purchasing and don’t want to ski for the upcoming season? No problem. The program allows you to :

  • Postpone their season pass to the 2022–23 season at no additional cost and with no rate increase;
    OR
  • Request a full refund of their season pass.

The request for postponement or refund must be made between October 1, 2021 and the opening of the ski season.

Mountain Biking Season - Summer 2021

Ride within the rules

Bromont, montagne d’expériences is constantly adapting to new governmental demands and requirements in order to offer you a safe summer outdoors.

At the moment, the resort is in the ORANGE zone.

Wearing of the face-covering

Wearing a mask or face covering is mandatory from the age of 10 in all indoor and outdoor public spaces, regardless of the alert level. On the mountain, it is mandatory if physical distancing cannot be respected with other skiers.

Indoor public areas (chalets, rentals, store, etc.) :  
Mandatory for anyone aged 10 years or older.

Chairlifts :  
Mandatory for anyone aged 10 years or older.

 

Lifts 

The capacity of the lifts is as follows:

  • 2-seater chairs = 1 household or 1 single person
  • 4-seater chairs = 1 household or 2 single people, at each end of the chair
  • 6-seater chairs = 1 household or 3 single people, at each end and in the middle of the chair

 

Group size

The practice of sports in groups being allowed, the resort counts on the collaboration of its customers to respect the number of people gathered according to the alert level of their region of origin:

  • Red = Max. 8 people from different residences + supervisor
  • Orange and yellow = Max. 12 people from different residences + supervisor

Reminder: Face covering is mandatory if the two-meter distance cannot be respected at all times.

 

Food services

Outdoor service points are in place to fill cravings.

 

Cleaning and disinfection of installations

Frequently used items (tables, chairs, security bars, payment terminals, door handles, etc.) will be cleaned and disinfected regularly. Additional resources will be allocated for hygiene and sanitation.

 

Basic health instructions:

  • Wear a face covering in the indoor common areas (toilets, chalets, restaurants…) – Mandatory for everyone aged 10 and over.
  • Respect a distance of 2 meters between each individual.
  • Wash hands with soap and water frequently.
  • Cover your nose and mouth with your elbow when coughing and sneezing.
  • Throw away tissues immediately after use and wash your hands.
  • No one is allowed to visit the station with symptoms similar to those of COVID-19.

 

The resort is committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of its clientele and staff. It will comply with each of the requirements set out in the Health Plan. It also counts on the collaboration of its clientele to apply and respect the rules in force. The resort’s personnel are entitled to exclude from its site any individual or group of individuals who refuse to comply with the health rules, without compensation.

Vaccination passport

As of September 1st, the vaccination passport is required for several activities, including water parks. The validation of the vaccination passport is applicable as of this date, but due to the imminent closure of our facilities, we would like to inform you that occasional validations of the proof of vaccination of our visitors are carried out. As indicated by the Quebec governmental authorities, an adaptation and awareness period is in effect until September 15. For more details on this subject, please consult this link.

 

Site and pools capacities

The maximum capacity has been significantly reduced in order to respect the recommended physical distance.

Pool capacity is also being reduced and monitored by field staff.

 

About wearing the mask

Wearing a mask is mandatory in indoor common areas for clients 10 years of age and older*.

The places concerned are as follows:

  • Restrooms;
  • Altitude;
  • Le Refuge;
  • Repair Shop;
  • Rental Shop;
  • Chalet du Sommet;
  • Chalet du Lac;
  • Chalet Soleil.

In the case of forgetfulness, single-use face covering will be sold at the reception desk.

*People whose particular medical condition prevents them from wearing the face covering, as well as those who are not able to put on or remove it by themselves, are not covered by the obligation to wear the face cover. For children between 2 and 9 years of age, wearing the mask is recommended, but not mandatory.
