Doors open at 5 p.m.. Live music starts at 8 p.m..

– Smoked beef brisket, rosemary demi-glace
– Brome Lake duck sausage
– Ribs with beer BBQ sauce
– Mac & cheese with butternut squash and bacon
– Ratatouille
– Green salad with crisp vegetables and apple cider vinaigrette

– Lasagna with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, butternut squash, roasted pepper sauce, and basil pesto

Drinks
Food and beer pairing with Knowlton Co. available on-site (+$10). Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages also available on-site, including a selection of wines, ready-to-drink cocktails, and craft beers as of Archibald.
